Fox has announced its Summer 2026 premiere dates, headlined by the return of Kitchen Nightmares with Gordon Ramsay and Beat Shazam hosted by Jamie Foxx, alongside new celebrity competition series, Nation’s Dumbest.
What’s new this summer on Fox?
Nation’s Dumbest is a new celebrity competition series hosted by Jack Whitehall that flips the traditional format — contestants “relive the highs and humiliations of school life — from pop quizzes and report cards to recess and parent teacher conferences — all while trying to stay out of last place,” with the least knowledgeable contestant winning. The celebrity class includes Hilaria Baldwin, Carmen Electra, Anthony Michael Hall, Jon Heder, Chase Hudson, Ice-T, Elle King, Matt Leinart, Dr. Drew Pinsky, Steve-O, JoJo Siwa and Andrew Yang.
What returning shows, like ‘Beat Shazam,’ are back this summer?
Kitchen Nightmares returns for Season 3 with a two-hour premiere. This season finds Ramsay heading to the Midwest, where struggling restaurants face health code violations, staffing issues and kitchen conditions “found only in nightmares.” New episodes continue weekly on Tuesdays after the premiere.
Beat Shazam returns for Season 8 with Jamie Foxx and his daughter Corinne Foxx back as co-host and DJ. The season marks the show’s 100th episode milestone with themed episodes throughout. MasterChef Season 16 also continues with Ramsay, Joe Bastianich and Tiffany Derry. The 1% Club hosted by Joel McHale and The Quiz with Balls hosted by Jay Pharoah also return with new episodes.
