‘The Best Of Us,’ Paramount+’s Post-9/11 Limited Series Adds 7 Including Joe Morton And LaChanze

The Best of Us, the upcoming Paramount+ limited series starring Jeremy Strong, has added LaChanze, Richard Schiff, Elizabeth Rodriguez, Joe Morton, Jen Tullock, William Baldwin and Keith W. Richards as production begins in New York.

The new additions join as guest stars alongside previously announced cast members Andrea Riseborough, Barry Pepper, Neal Huff, Gaby Hoffmann and Sky Yang. Strong leads the six-episode series and also executive produces.

What is ‘The Best of Us’ about?

Per the official description, the series is “inspired by the David vs. Goliath fight that won justice for 9/11’s ailing heroes” and “dramatizes a landmark case that reshaped the fight for accountability: a relentless legal war that stretched nearly a decade to secure almost $1 billion in compensation for first responders who fell gravely ill in the wake of 9/11.”

Tobias Lindholm writes, directs and executive produces, and Frank Pugliese writes and executive produces alongside Strong and Tony Hernandez. The series is produced by Paramount Television Studios and SISTER.
