CBS unveiled the first teaser trailer for Cupertino, a legal drama pitting a lawyer against Silicon Valley’s tech elite, and a reunion for much of the cast with creators Robert and Michelle King.
Mike Colter stars as Michael Price, an attorney cheated out of his stock options by his former employer, a tech startup. Refusing to let it go, he teams up with Olivia Siffre, another recently fired attorney, played by Rachel Keller, to represent others taken advantage of by the same industry.
What is ‘Cupertino’ about?
Per the official description, Cupertino is a “David vs. Goliath legal drama set in the heart of Silicon Valley” that follows Price and Siffre as they “fight back in a high-stakes battle against the Goliaths controlling Silicon Valley.”
Who stars in ‘Cupertino’?
Alongside Colter and Keller, the cast includes Ella Stiller as Christy Palladino, Nik Dodani as Vikram Malhotra, Busy Philipps as Natalia Boutella and Renée Elise Goldsberry as Nichole E. Ferebee.
Cupertino marks a reunion for much of the cast with the Kings. Colter previously worked with the pair on Evil, and before that recurred on The Good Wife and appeared on The Good Fight, both as Lemond Bishop. Goldsberry and Philipps both appeared together on Girls5eva, and Liz Glotzer, who executive produces Cupertino alongside the Kings, also serves as an executive producer on Elsbeth.

Cupertino premieres Oct. 8 on CBS and streams on Paramount+.
