Peacock has released the trailer and key art for Dig, the comedy co-created by Amy Poehler and Michael Schur. This follows the first-look images and premiere date the streamer dropped in August.
The logline is: “Dig follows a team of dedicated archaeologists (and less-dedicated college students) who spend their summer working on a dig site in Greece. Their discovery of a rare artifact sends them on the adventure of a lifetime.”
Poehler stars with Hugh Laurie, Geraldine Viswanathan, Antonia Thomas and Fina Strazza as series regulars. Kayvan Novak, Jon Pointing and Bonita Friedericy guest star.
Poehler and Schur co-created the series. Schur and J.J. Philbin are co-showrunners and executive producers, and Poehler is also an executive producer.
Morgan Sackett, Dean Holland, Kate Arend and Jordan Grief executive produce for Paper Kite. Dave Becky and David Miner executive produce for 3 Arts, and Sharon Jackson does so for Ocean Avenue. Universal Television is the studio. Fremulon, Paper Kite, Duck Duck Films, Dunshire, 3 Arts and Ocean Avenue produce.
Dig premieres Nov. 23 on Peacock with all 10 episodes. Watch the trailer below:
