NBC has announced its fall premiere dates for the 2026-27 season, kicking off three days after the network airs the Primetime Emmy Awards. The lineup includes new unscripted and scripted series alongside returning favorites.
What new shows are premiering on NBC this fall?
The Traitors: New Blood, the civilian-led version of the acclaimed Peacock series hosted by Alan Cumming, opens the season with a two-hour premiere. According to the official description, the series sees “everyday Americans” competing in a “nail-biting psychological adventure” at a Scottish castle, where contestants try to identify and banish hidden Traitors while building a prize fund worth up to $250,000.
Line of Fire, a new drama, follows “a family of law enforcement agents” who “bridge personal differences and cross professional boundaries as they tackle cases for the FBI, US Marshals, Secret Service and Department of Justice. After a seemingly cut-and-dry case turns into a deadly conspiracy, they must use the expertise from a lifetime of protecting civilians and politicians to protect one another and bring the killer to justice.” The series stars Peter Krause, Hope Davis, Kat Cunning, Tommy O’Brien, Taylor Bloom and Charlie Barnett.
Newlyweds, a new comedy starring Téa Leoni and Tim Daly with Jamie Lee Curtis recurring, follows “a later-in-life love story about a free-spirited woman and a buttoned-up professor who marry impetuously after a whirlwind courtship.”

The Voice returns for its 30th season with new coaches Queen Latifah and Riley Green, joined by Kelly Clarkson and Adam Levine. America’s Got Talent crowns a new champion, while Happy’s Place returns for Season 3 starring Reba McEntire. The #OneChicago franchise and Law & Order: SVU and Law & Order also return, along with St. Denis Medical and The Fall and Rise of Reggie Dinkins.
