Tubi has announced a multi-year, multi-project slate with comedian and digital creator Kevin “KevOnStage” Fredericks, the platform’s most expansive creator partnership to date. The deal builds on the success of Safe Space, which debuted on Tubi in November 2025, and expands into new series, a stand-up special and two feature films.
Fredericks said of the partnership: “Safe Space found its audience on Tubi, and I found a home. This slate is what happens when a platform believes in a creator’s full vision and gives them room to grow. We’re building something much bigger than one show, and I can’t wait for people to see what’s coming.”
What projects are coming from KevOnStage and Tubi?
Safe Space Season 2 returns this summer with eight episodes, following the underqualified Dr. Fredericks as he attempts to guide struggling couples back to healing, with a new cast and cameos throughout.
Safe Space Season 3 is slated for July 2027, with Dr. Fredericks returning to guide nine relationships using “wildly unconventional methods that do more harm than good.”
The Airport, a 10-episode comedy series premiering November 2026, is set in “the country’s most dysfunctional airport, where an ill-equipped staff struggles to keep things running amid constant chaos.”
Grief Sucks, Fredericks’ first stand-up special on a streaming platform, arrives Feb. 21, 2027, described as “a heartfelt and comedic take on grief and family, delivering Fredericks’ most personal material to date.”
Two feature films round out the slate — a holiday comedy in 2027 and a horror comedy in 2028.
The series is produced by KevOnStage Studios for Tubi.
