Dutton Ranch is off to a record-setting start. The Yellowstone spinoff has amassed 12.9 million views globally in its first seven days on Paramount+, marking the biggest original series launch in the platform’s history.
How is ‘Dutton Ranch’ performing?
The series topped Nielsen’s weekly streaming chart based on average audience for the week of May 11, and delivered 2.9 million viewers on its premiere night on Paramount Network, scoring the biggest cable series premiere since 2023. It also holds an 88% Certified Fresh rating on Rotten Tomatoes and drove 99 million video views and over 2 million engagements in its first three days, ranking as the biggest Paramount+ premiere across the platform’s owned social channels.
The record-breaking launch follows the momentum of The Madison, which drew 8 million viewers in its first 10 days, and Season 2 of Landman, which spent 13 consecutive weeks on Nielsen’s top ten original series list.

Per the official description, the series follows Beth Dutton and Rip Wheeler as they “fight to build a future together — far from the ghosts of Yellowstone — colliding with brutal new realities and a ruthless rival ranch that will stop at nothing to protect its empire.
